Description: The University of Chicago Office of the University Registrar, led by Scott Campbell, has been engaged in a significant process of change to enhance its service structure to Faculty, Students, and Staff. This includes the selection and implementation of a new student information system for student records, financial aid, and student financials. In addition, after reviewing all of the partners in the industry, Scott and team elected to expand their long-standing partnership with Parchment to send their transcripts electronically, via print and mail, integrate with their new student information system, and take on student phone support. The results of all of these changes have been positive and beyond expectation.
