Student records are a key piece in providing equitable and timely access to education. Parchment's solution adds speed, security, and tracking to the district to district record transfer process.

If the system identifies you as an existing Parchment user, you will skip Step 3 and move directly to Step 4. | ||
A member of the Parchment team will validate that the account request is originating from a current school or district administrator that should have access to student records. | ||
Once validated, you will receive an email confirmation and be provided access to a directory of districts through which a secure online transfer of records is supported. This will be a zero dollar transaction and a process that can be repeated each time a transfer record is needed from an enabled school. | ||
The transfer record will be delivered electronically. |
