Your Fast Follow Enhancements.  

 
We appreciate your guidance and take member recommendations seriously. That's why we're excited to announce three new fast follow enhancements within the Parchment Award - Transcript Services platform! Now member admins have the ability to resend, refund, or cancel an order, providing valuable time savings to you and your learners. 

  • Resend Button - Used to resolve delivery-related issues. 
  • Credit Button - Used to credit the Parchment learner account, when a new order is required. 
  • Cancel Button - Used to cancel an incomplete order, now this action will issue an automatic refund to the learner's credit card.
