We'll reach out 4-6 weeks in advance of your institution being upgrade-ready.
We want you to know that we're here to help you navigate the upgrade process, both before and afterward.
We're offering daily office hours to support our upgraded members in an effort to make the upgrade experience as easy and efficient as possible. Once your school has upgraded to Parchment Award - Transcript Services, you are more than welcome to pop in so that you can easily get your important questions answered. We're here to help!
